At HearthHub, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return

Email us at woolvertoncollin031@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please don't send items back before receiving instructions from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping

Unless your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For large or freight items, please contact us first so we can arrange the most cost-effective return method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at woolvertoncollin031@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
