At HearthHub, we work hard to get your furniture to you quickly — and to make things right if anything goes wrong.

Shipping

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping time: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Larger items (sofas, bed frames, dining sets) may take up to 14 business days due to freight handling.

Shipping costs: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional charges; we'll contact you with a quote before processing if so.

Large & freight items: Oversized furniture is delivered by freight carrier, who will usually contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please inspect all items on delivery and note any visible damage before signing.

Returns & Refunds

Return window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible.

How to start a return: Email us at HearthHubHome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions within 1–2 business days. Please don't send items back before receiving instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

Return shipping: Unless your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For large or freight items, contact us first so we can arrange the most cost-effective method.

Non-returnable items: Custom or made-to-order items, items marked “Final Sale,” and gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at HearthHubHome@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
