At HearthHub, we work hard to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Larger items (sofas, bed frames, dining sets) may take up to 14 business days due to freight handling.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional charges; we'll contact you with a quote before processing if so.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided.

Delivery for Large & Freight Items

Oversized furniture is delivered by freight carrier. The carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please inspect all items on delivery and note any visible damage before signing.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at woolvertoncollin031@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
